Easy to use. We had a much older version that eventually broke. This version was a replacement, and they've made some interesting modifications. The blade fits the handle better, and the handles and overall shape are rounder and more ergonomic. It works quickly and is easy to use. Easy to assemble and disassemble. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the new version is MUCH louder than the old one. For such a small device, it's incredibly loud. All in all, an excellent product!March 26, 2025
